Each year the NSEF awards grants to benefit student programs that are not funded through the school budget and local school taxes in the NSCSD.
Thanks to the generous donations from the community and the work of the NSEF Board on fundraising, the NSEF is able to add to our endowment fund ensuring the continued funding of future projects that enhance education for students in the North Syracuse Central School District. Our endowment currently has over $100k and provides annual interest income to fund education grants and other programs for the district that are not funded through the school budget and local school taxes.
Over $100,000 in grants for student programs have been awarded to date.
